Absolutely: Ar. and P. τεχνῶς.
Wholly: P. and V. πάντως, πειντελῶς, ἄρδην (Dem. 360), Ar. and P. πνυ, P. ὅλως, παντάπασι, V. εἰς τὸ πᾶν, τὸ πάμπαν, παμπήδην.
From top to bottom: P. and V. κατʼ ἄκρας.
Root and branch: use adj., P. and V. πρόρριζος (also Ar. rare P.), Ar. and V. αὐτόπρεμνος, or use adv., V. πρυμνόθεν.
